Is your child at risk?

THE LANE ACADEMIC READINESS SCREEN

and activities to improve children's reading proficiency

Is your child at risk for school failure?
Is your child deficient in developmental areas?
Do you want to help your child succeed in school?

Take the Lane Academic Readiness Screen (LARS).

The LARS is a questionnaire that is designed to identify children who may be at risk for possible school difficulties due to reading or vision problems. Primarily for children in kindergarten through second grade, it may be helpful in the identification of risk in older children.

The questionnaire is used to identify problems in directionality, laterality, gross motor skills, visual motor skills, simultaneous and sequential processing, eye tracking, and attention.
